Business Outcome: Develop a visual dashboard for product information, booking products

online, label information, and inventory status.

Epic: Transportation planning features

Feature: Order Management
Benefit Hypothesis: Shippers, carriers, and customers can all access order information in the
TMS, providing real-time insight into the product's status from purchase to inventory and
transportation thus serving as a central hub for visibility through the supply chain.
Acceptance Criteria:
a) Information about the orders, delivery time, warehouse inventory, and mode of
transportation are all shared on the orders dashboard page.
b) All invoices are also automatically linked to their corresponding orders so the driver can
keep them on their tablet.
c) List and Pickup Calendar View dashboard for shippers and carriers
d) Create Transport orders via load planning (TMS shows the available loading space,
allowing you to select the right vehicles and containers)

Enabler story: “Set up a new test line so we can reduce the regression run time in half.”

Enabler: Automate integration of compliance rules for the individual shipment level /carrier
type and create appropriate triggers
Benefit Hypothesis: Support easy standardization across internal teams, external partners, and
stakeholders such as native carrier compliance management, market rate index, and other
features such as clear visibility via APIs.
Acceptance Criteria:
a) TMS is connected to external reporting tools that securely store carrier data on
insurance, safety ratings, equipment, and driver performance, and ensure information
from all sources is up to date.
b) As rules get created/updated, procedural rules are triggered to help ensure compliance
– from initial load assignment throughout the lifecycle of the shipment.
c) If a carrier is not in compliance while performing a move, the appropriate party is
notified, and the required steps are taken to bring the shipment or carrier back into
compliance.
d) Summary Dashboard for drivers monitoring compliance of driver certifications, safety
records, vehicle and equipment maintenance, safety checks, licensure, and insurance
coverage.
