LETTER OF APPOINTMENT

This letter formally appoints the company detailed below as an AGENT of CMP
PRODUCTS for the territory of PHILIPPINES.

CMP commit to support this company through training, technical support and product
specification, and also to ensuring that adequate stock levels are maintained in
Singapore to service the Philippines market.
This letter of authorization comes into effect on the date stated above and is initially
valid for the period of one year, after which it will continue to be deemed to be in force
until it is terminated given 30 days written notice.
This letter will supersede all appointment letters issued earlier.
