Kindly READ the entire procedure and follow instructions meticulously.

I. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR SCHOLARS

1. UPDATE your contact information and UPLOAD your Complete AISIS Grade Report to the
following link before your enlistment: bit.ly/ContactInfoSecondSem2223.

2. PROCESS your registration online via aisisonline.ateneo.edu during the following dates:

FOURTH/FIFTH YEAR/NEW GRADUATE STUDENTS


Round 1: Monday, January 9
- Batch 1: 8 AM to 9:45 AM
- Batch 2: 10:15 AM to 12 NN
-Free-for-all: 6 PM to 8 PM

Round 2: Wednesday, January 11


- Batch 1: 8 AM to 9:45 AM
- Batch 2: 10:15 AM to 12 NN
-Free-for-all: 6 PM to 8 PM

THIRD YEAR/GRADUATE STUDENTS/INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE STUDENTS

3. When you are done with enlistment, please UPLOAD your Second Semester SY 2022-23
ASSESSMENT FORM to the following Google Form if you will NOT be paying anything (e.g., amount
indicated is zero/negative): bit.ly/AssessmentSecondSem2223.

If you will be paying a portion of your assessed fees, please proceed with online payment.

NOTES:
1. The Yearbook Fee (P2,350) of Graduating Scholars is not covered by the OAA.
2. A late registration fee of P250 will be charged if the Assessment Form is validated after the
deadline set by the Office of the Registrar.
3. . For any questions, please send a message to: fb.com/ADMUScholarsReg or talk to our
Scholarship Officers at https://bit.ly/OAAVirtualOffice. Please visit the Virtual Office instead of
sending an email. We expect a surge of emails during the registration period and yours might be
overlooked. Be sure to follow-up within 2 days if you don’t get an email response.

II. GRADE REQUIREMENTS

Please find below the grade requirements of the different types of scholarship grants in the Loyola
Schools.

All students must also meet the Yearly QPI Retention Requirement:
If you were not able to meet the required grade of your scholarship, you must submit an APPEAL
Letter (noted by your parent/s) explaining your academic performance to
https://bit.ly/ScholarshipRequests. The deadline for submission was last January 3, 2o23, Tuesday. If
you were not able to submit your Appeal Letter, please submit it ASAP. Submissions done after the
deadline will be processed at a later date.

FOR THOSE WITH A SPECIAL BENEFACTOR


If you have a special benefactor supporting your tuition fee/allowance (not ACS - e.g. Security Bank,
AASA, ASPAC, etc.), please also submit an Appeal Letter noted by your parents to bit.ly/SBAppeals on
or before January 9, 2023, Monday.

FOR DOST SCHOLARS


For DOST Scholars who did not meet the grade requirement for the semester, please prepare a letter
addressed to:

Dr. Josette T. Biyo


Director, DOST-SEI

and send to bit.ly/DOSTAppealsSecondSem2223 on or before January 9, 2023, Monday.

Note: Please note that your scholarship grant will be on hold while we are processing your appeal
letter.

III. DO YOU HAVE AN INC, ASTERISK (*), or NE grade?

If yes, please follow the instructions below.

1. Download the NO GRADE FORM from this link bit.ly/NOGRADE-SecondSEM2023, fill out and
sign, and upload the filled out form to bit.ly/NOGRADEFORMInstructionsSecondSEM2223
2. Ask one of your parents to send an email to requests.scholarships.ls@ateneo.edu informing the
OAA that he or she is aware of your INC/NE grade and its consequences. Subject of the Email: NO
GRADE FORM of LastName_FirstName

NOTE: Kindly note that your grant will be on hold while we are processing your NO GRADE FORM.
Your registration will also NOT BE PROCESSED if these two steps are not completed.
IV. ARE YOU A DOST SCHOLAR?

If so, please upload your Complete AISIS Grade Report, Assessment Form, and Tuition Receipt here
when you are done with enlistment and registration: bit.ly/DOSTReqSecondSem2223.

NOTES:
1. Your Assessment Form may be downloaded after you have enlisted your subjects.
2. Your Tuition Receipt, on the other hand, will be uploaded to your AISIS account two to three
days after you have validated your enrollment.
3. Late submission will lead to the delay in processing your DOST Allowance.

VI. DORM SCHOLARSHIP

For Dorm Scholars who are residing off-campus, please fill this up in order for you to receive your
dorm allowance for the Second Semester SY 2022-23:

Grades Conforme
For those with academic deficiencies, upon agreement with the OAA, please fill up the Grades
Conforme which one of the Scholarship Officers will send to you. Kindly upload the signed form here:

Service Hours Conforme


For students with additional Service Hours as agreed upon with the OAA, a Scholarship Officer will
send the Service Hours Conforme to you which you then have to submit to this link:

Vlll. SERVICE HOURS

You have until April 29, 2023, Saturday to accomplish your 20 total Service Hours for the First and
Second Semester of SY 2022-23. We hope that with this "grace period", you will have enough time to
complete your hours and that more offices will offer opportunities for you to serve them. We ask for
your patience and understanding given the various adjustments in the Service Hours regulations as
we slowly reboot and reorganize our system. Please also keep track of your service hours yourselves
by checking the website at oaa.admu.edu.ph. If your hours are not yet recorded in the website, please
follow-up with the office/s where you served them.

Starting the Intersession Term, please note that the deadline for completion of service hours will be
by the end of each term again.
