I live in the city of Guayaquil, very visited by tourists and for its good food.

Guayaquil stands out among Ecuadorian cities for its high use of mass transit, its overall density,
and the diversity of its population. Like Ecuador in general, almost the entire population has
Spanish as its official language. In addition, due to its position as a commercial center, the city
has been called "The economic capital of Ecuador" for several years due to the number of
companies, factories, and commercial premises that exist throughout the city. Another very
common nickname among the population is that of "Pearl of the Pacific".
