1. Windows and Patio Doors: All windows, and exterior Frenchwood doors to be “Andersen 400 Series“. Units to include
standard high performance glass, screens, and extension jambs. Window color to match existing standard. Windows,

board (gray board or wonder board) shall be used in partitions where ceramic tile is installed.
7. New exterior partitions to be 2 x 6 wood studs with 1/2” gypsum board on interior and 1/2" exterior plywood covered with
