    Aim

    To create an excel workbook that can calculate member forces of the truss and variable forces
    automatically.

    How the assignment was completed?

    After some research and consultation from seniors, I figured out the necessary formulas needed to
    complete the task. Formulas such as MOD, LEFT and RIGHT were used to calculate the variable
    forces. To solve the member forces, some of the above formulas and the IF function was required.
    Finally, conditional formatting was used to format the table.

    After the excel workbook was completed, the answers were checked by hand calculation and using
    the Spacegass software. Screenshots of the solutions obtained are attached below.
