1. Suppose your parents are traveling on a work-related trip for a whole week. After
providing the budget for all other expenses such as food, bills, emergencies. etc.,
they left you P10,000 as allowance for the week to be divided fairly among you and
your two other siblings. How would you divide the money, assuming that the
amounts should be in whole pesos and with no spare change? Explain how you
came up with your division in one sentence.

- The individual share paid by each sibling is P2,000. The weekly budget is P4,000.

With P10,000 cash on hand, P4,000 would be set aside for weekly expenses, which includes
our daily meal budget, leaving P2,000 for each person to split evenly.
