Malpani Group introduces India’s Largest Amusement Park – Magic Mountain at

Lonavala. Magic Mountain offers 29+ International Rides and Attractions including
India’s Tallest Rides – Turbo Force and Z force as well as India’s Biggest Giant Frisbee.

Parking
With around 10 acres set aside, exclusively for our visitors, parking is the last thing you
need to be bothered about once you are at the park. We have space for over 700 four-
Wheeler's, around 1000 two-Wheeler and a few dozen buses. Besides, there are
designated spaces for vehicles of the differently abled and auto-rickshaws. So get of
your cars and take the dive of a lifetime. Roofs are made from Solar Panel to utilize
energy.

Rates and Offers

Regular Entry Ticket Rates* are based on the following criteria

 Regular Adult Ticket – Applicable to Adults above 4.5 feet height

 Regular Child Ticket – Applicable to Kids between 3.3 feet to 4.5 feet

Our Ticket Rates fluctuate based on season/ off season / Weekdays / Weekends /

Rates are subject to change as per management discretion, unless confirmed with
advance payment.

**In case of a Public Holiday on Tuesday, Weekend Rates would be applicable.

Payment and Invoices
In case of Group Bookings, 100% advance to be paid at least 3 days prior to the visit,
only through NEFT/RTGS, IMPS.
Cash Deposit are accepted only at the ticket Counter for balance payments, if any.

Important Points while filling the attached Registration Form for GST Invoices:

 Should your company wish to claim Input Tax Credit on our invoices, please
ensure that the relevant GSTIN number along with the appropriate address, PAN
Card Scanned copy and completely filled Registration form is submitted to us at
least one day prior to your date of visit. It is important to note that the procedure
set by the GST Network requires us to upload invoice with GSTIN numbers prior to
visit date. We will not be able to amend invoices after the visit date.

Terms and Conditions
General

1. Please refer the Instruction boards placed in front of each and every ride. We do
not permit any additional visitors on the ride, other than the maximum permitted
nos.
2. Individuals whose size do not allow the use of safety dives should refrain from the
ride.
3. All the Guest are requested to follow the Que line and maintain law and order as
per the guidelines of the park
4. The Rider should seat in the car properly, ensure that seat belt is fasten at all time, if
accompanied with a child, ensure the child is also properly fasten.
5. Rider should ensure that no lose part of their wear is dangling out of the Vehicle.
Rider is advised not to wear lose scarf or dupatta.
6. Rider must wait for Attender's start signal before starting the ride. Once the ride
starts, at no given time, Rider should get down from the vehicle. In case of any
challenge, the attender should be called for help.
7. It is strictly prohibited to hold or Fiddle with the Antenna of the Car as it can lead to
electrocution.
8. Special Caution -For Safety Reasons, Pregnant women, Guest with Heart Conditions,
Blood pressure, Back trouble, Physical or Mental challenge should not take this Ride.
9. No Guest under the influence of alcohol or any kind of drugs will be allowed in the
Ride.
10. Any kind of Food and Beverages are not permitted in the ride.
11. At the end of the ride. On signal, Riders should get down from the cars and orderly
move towards exit.
12. Carrying Mobile phone or camera during the ride is not allowed.
13. Disclaimer - The Rider is responsible for his / her personal safety. In case an individual
is found not adhering to prescribed safety norms, which results in injury to self or
others. Park Management hold the right to initiate actions.
14. Park Management will not be responsible for any Injury or loss of personal asset in
the ride.

 For Corporate / Social groups
1) Payment against Locker deposit, Costume deposit will be accepted only in cash, as these
are refundable on same day.
2) Drivers are not allowed inside the water park. Food charges for drivers will be charged extra
as per package, which needs to be paid in advance along with others.
3) All bookings should be confirmed at least one day before along with advance.
4) Unless entire payment is made, before entry, group will not be permitted to enter the park.
5) In case your advance Cheque gets bounced, Cheque bounce charges of Rs.500/- will be
debited to the client account.
6) Once confirmed, with an email/ purchase order or advance, all Group bookings would be
liable for Cancellation charges equivalent to 100% of the estimated bill, in the event of
cancellation / modifications/ postponement/ name change or rerouting of the booking
through any other channel.
7) Please ensure to provide us with the scanned copy of Registration Form, PAN Card and GST
Reg in order to get an invoice for GST input tax credit. This must be submitted to the park
before the date of visit, failing which a regular invoice would be generated, and No changes
would be entertained after the visit date.
8) Our parks serve pure vegetarian menu and do not permit alcohol at any point of time. Any
visitors found drunk at any point of time, is NOT permitted to enter the park, and no refunds
are entertained for such visitors.
9) Please disclose any belongings to our park security and operations team before the entry to
the park, which you intend to use for the group.
10) The park charges Entry Ticket, which provides unlimited access to all the available rides,
which are fit and safe for usage. The Park Management may shut any ride/ attraction at any
point of time without any prior information for maintenance/ repair, as required from time to
time. No refunds/ reimbursement are entertained for such reasons.

For School / College Groups

1. Minimum group size must be of 30 students and above.
2. Students are required in school uniform or carry their identity cards.
3. Letter of school/college / class authority is compulsory for all trips. (Mentioning the NOC of
all parents).
4. Drivers are not allowed inside the water park. Food charges for drivers will be charged extra
as per package, which needs to be paid in advance along with others.
5. Payment against Locker deposit, Luggage room deposit, Costume deposit will be accepted
in cash only, as these are refundable on same day.
6. All bookings should be confirmed at least one day prior to the date of visit along with 100%
advance.

7. If total payment is not received before entry, group entry will not be allowed.
8. In case your advance Cheque gets bounced, Cheque bounce charges of Rs.500/- will be
debited to the client account.
9. Once confirmed, with an email/ purchase order or advance, all Group bookings would be
liable for Cancellation charges equivalent to 100% of the estimated bill, in the event of
cancellation / modifications/ postponement/ name change or rerouting of the booking
through any other channel.
10. Teachers and Escorts are liable and responsible for the proper conduct of their Student
Group. The park management does not accept any liability / claim if the students are found
not adhering to the park rules.

Common rules / instructions

1 Outside eatables, food, beverages, chewing Gum are strictly prohibited.
2 Alcohol strictly prohibited. People under influence of Alcohol will not be permitted
in the park.
3 Cigarettes, Bidi, Tobacco, Gutka, Mawa are strictly prohibited inside the park.
4 No Street Clothes and no bathing attire with buckles, belts, rivets, metal or cut-off
Jeans permitted
5 All persons entering the park will be thoroughly frisked for any non-permitted items,
and the same will be collected at the security gate and returned at the time of
exit from the park.
6 All Rides and attractions have Height & weight restrictions which is mandatory.
7 Glass bangles strictly prohibited on all rides and attractions.
8 Baggage Room is available at the entry point at no extra charges
9 Doctor on call is available within park premises
10 Wheel Chairs available on request.

Please note that all Groups are booked considering Minimum Guarantee for the No. of
persons visiting, Date of visit, and rates quoted. Any shortfall in the minimum guarantee
or change of dates / rates etc. would be liable for 100% cancellation charges
equivalent to the minimum guaranteed numbers.
