Agenda Item 1: Legislative or regulatory requirements related to Shenkin

Discussion

Work Health and Safety 2011, Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 and
Food Standards Code are the regulations we selected after consulting. Shenkin always focuses on
people and the environment to ensure the development of its sustainable policy. These
regulations specify the necessary requirements that Shekin must follow to meet the standards of a
business to do.

Agenda Item 2: Environmental impact

Discussion

Shoppers are progressively mindful of the effect that numerous items and supply chains have on
the climate. As well as obtaining natural materials and items, Shenkin may likewise be associated
with reusing endeavors, or do whatever it may take to utilize reused bundling. Feasible bundling is
the turn of events and utilization of bundling which brings about superior supportability. All types
of bundling produce some material that should be disposed of.
Be that as it may, there are different upgrades and practices we can execute to lessen the quantity
of destructive items, for example, single-go through plastic consummation in landfills and our
seas.
Shenkin utilizes bundling to safeguard our clients, guarantee the nature of our item, and
empower us to move food and drink things securely. We have begun to gain huge headway in our
economical bundling and reusing endeavors, and we are focused on further developing this
further so we can lead the way for people in the future.

Agenda Item 3: Charity partnership program and donation of funds

Implement our national Community Social Responsibility (CSR) program including our charity
partnership program and donation of funds both through customer fundraising initatives in store
and company donations. We reduce food waste by running a program with food charity to donate
unused food to those less fortunate. This helps us both connect with charities and contribute to
environmental protection
