“SorbeTaste”. The SorbeTaste offers different flavors of a Filipino-style ice cream not
just to beat the summer heat but also to satisfy the cravings of our customers. In
today's season where Christmas is quickly approaching, Filipinos are making sure to buy
ice cream for their parties in order to make it complete and exciting. For that reason,
SorbeTaste will be the one who fulfills their parties, as it offers an outstanding and
"gawang Pilipino" ice cream, giving them a satisfied feeling that they have never felt
before during the Christmas season. Other than selling ice cream in a shop, the
SorbeTaste can also cater for any occasions like birthday parties, Christmas events,
Ice cream will always be the perfect treat that you can give to your partner, family,
and friends for any season of the year. It will refresh us during summer and a scoop of
ice cream will surely give us a different flavor of experience. Ice cream is considered as
a comfort food. It is scientifically proven that ice cream can help to lighten up
someone's mood and help heartache easier to get through. As Filipinos, ice cream will
never go out in the picture in terms of merienda and you can enjoy it with your love
ones whether in a cup, cone or bread. Ice cream surely is in demand in the Philippines.
SorbeTaste was created to satisfy people's cravings. Our business location, where no
one is offering ice (Monopoly Market) cream, is a sweet spot to sell delicious ice cream
to people. Children are fond of sweet ice cream, while older people are not into much
sweetness. As a result, SorbeTaste introduced various flavors into the market based on
consumers. With these delicious flavors, changes in consumers' food tastes are not a
problem.
C. BUYING CAPACITY
The pricing strategy of the product "SorbeTaste" will be based on the pricing
strategy Cost Plus. This can maintain the product's price affordably and reasonably
because it will come from the sum of production expenses and a certain profit
percentage. We will compare it by making a different strategy from competitors like our
product will have a unique taste that can afford by anyone at the low price. The
customer will pay our price because the product will surely capture them by making it in
friendly. The price of every ingredient insulates us and by how you will make it. Adding
a value is providing lots of helpful information, creating a brand that builds relationship
to the customers and having qualitative preference and dedicated personnel. Some of

The site of the SorbeTaste, an ice cream shop, is at Sitio Dueg Brgy. Maasin, which
is a main tourist spot in San Clemente, Tarlac. We decided to open our shop in a tourist
area, considering also the supply in the said location. Our research indicates that there
aren't many shops and restaurants on the site. As a result, a shop that can satisfy the
tourists' cravings while they are unwinding is in high demand. Furthermore, the demand
for any business in the said location is very strong, but the supply is low. So, the
business will be on good terms if we are talking about competition. Tourists can also
relax and enjoy the lovely scenery and pleasant climate at the site. The place is very
ideal for the business because eating a Filipino-style ice cream while enjoying the view
of nature and the ambience in the area can give you chills and relaxation that tourists
