That Group Housing Plot situated at Khasra No.1968 & 1969,Vill.-Siroli, Teh.-Sanganer,
Jaipur total admeasuring 5070.00 Sq.Mts. JDA, Jaipur issued Lease Deed No. 15537 on
dated 20.04.2012 in favour of Shanti Devi Sharma & Vishnu Kumar Gupta. This Lease Deed
is duly registered by Sub-Registrar-IV, Jaipur on dated 10.09.2012 at Book No. I, Volume
No. 265, on Page No. 154, Registration No. 2012398003524 Additional Book No.1, Add.
Volume No.1060, on Page No. 32 to 39. Then after Shanti Devi Sharma & Vishnu Kumar
Gupta executed Sale Deed in favour of MIs Suvaas Homes Pvt. Ltd. Through its Director
Ashok Singh. This Sale Deed is duly registered by Sub-Registrar-I, Jaipur on dated
08.09.2017 at Book No.1, Volume No.l018, on Page No.IIO, Registration
No.20 17030 lSI 06469 Additional Book No.1, Add. Volume No.4067, on Page No.542 to 554.
Then after JDA, Jaipur issued Name Transfer Letter No. JDA/Zone-9/20 17ID-906 on dated

Correction Lease Deed on dated 21.11.2017 in favour of Mis Suvaas Homes Pvt. Ltd .. This
Correction Lease Deed is duly registered by Sub-Registrar-I, Jaipur on dated 23.11.2017 at
Book No. I, Volume No.1 029, on Page No.97, Registration No.20 1703015108638 Additional
Book No.1, Add. Volume No.4lll, on Page No.407 to 415.

perfect evidence of the title and that if the said equitable mortgage is created in the manner required
by law, it would satisfy the requirements of creation of equitable mortgage.

IIWe further certified that Mis Suva as Homes Pvt. Ltd. would drive a valid, clear, marketable and
unencwnbered title in the said property stated above.
