b) The values of Netflix that resonate with my past organization (Siemens Limited):
1. Judgement – we used to do root cause analysis for any problem and try to prevent them from
happening in future.
2. Impact – consistently great performance was appreciated. Impactful works were remunerated
heftily through the suggestion scheme.
3. Innovation – It was the core of the culture of Siemens. We have a yearly reward system for the
best innovations across the organizations. Innovative ideas are highly encouraged by senior
management and get implemented.
4. Honesty – Integrity and compliance with the law were a must for every employee of Siemens. To
inculcate this value, Siemens used to organize many mandatory training programs throughout the
year.
5. Selflessness – This attribute was also being harnessed across Siemens. The information was shared
openly and proactively between colleagues. The overall environment was very cordial, and
colleagues are encouraged to help each other.
