SECTION 1, GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 INTRODUCTION
The AmeriWater wallboxes are designed to deliver acid, bicarbonate, and water to
customer’s dialysis machines. Ameriwater’s wallboxes are design for easy transfer of
acid, bicarbonate, and water from storage facilities to end-unit dialysis machine.
Always wear protective clothing including gloves and safety glasses when working on or
near chemicals
Inspect valves and fittings regularly when connecting dialysis machines to wallboxes for
deterioration and replace as necessary.
Follow directions and warnings provided with the chemicals from the chemical
manufacturer. It is important to understand the safety hazards involved with the
chemicals being used.

SECTION 2, INSTALLATION OF WALLBOXES
2.1 INSTALLATION
The Ameriwater wallboxes are to be installed in a wall cavity with existing wallboard
being up to ¾” thick. Instructions are as follows.
2. Once opening is cutout, tilt wallbox, so that 1”drain at bottom of box is inserted
into wall opening first.
3. Connect tubing from storage tank to ½” od poly tubing fittings. Install true union
ball valve and ½” FPT adapter to tee on loop. Connect ½” MPT connector to FPT
adapter on outlet of tee from loop. (See pages 6 and 7).
5. Slide wallbox completely into opening, tilting down as you go into wall. Attach
wallbox to wallboard with supplied #10x.75,self-tapping screws.
8. If there are any leaks, tighten all fittings associated with leak or leaks.
