EXPLAIN
What is the difference between Human Resource Development and Human Resource
Management?

● Human Resource Development is stated as a subsystem of HRM that focuses on


the development and efficiency of the companys' manpower. Its objective is to
develop the skills, knowledge, behavior, and competency of the employees. On
the other hand, the Human Resource Management is an approach that ensures
that the companys' employees give their best so the management could have a
good system. It intends to improve the employees performance.
