(A1) What are the ways can DPWH motivate Louis through the theory of Motivation?

 He set out to determine the effect of attitude on motivation, by asking people to describe
situations in which they were really good, and really bad, about their jobs. What he found was
that people who felt good about their jobs gave very different responses from people who felt
bad.

(A2) List the Hygiene and Motivation Factors in the current situation of Philip Louis.

 Unpaid Overtime, Lack of supervision and guidance from his employer, poor relationships with
his co -workers, and DPWH values are inconsistent with him.

Suppose that, Philip Louis was promoted as the Project Head, what are the characteristics he needs to
have become a LEADER?

 The characteristics he needs to have become a leader are Gratitude, learning agility, Influence,
Empathy, Integrity, Ability to delegate, Communication, Self-awareness.
