It was a great pleasure to meet you at the Annual Ecology Summit in London last week.
After my company’s presentation on eco-friendly manufacturing you expressed some interest in
collaborating with Ecolife Enterprise. As the company’s representative I am glad to submit a
business partnership proposal to you. In this e-mail I am going to tell you more about Ecolife
Enterprise, so we are able to begin the partnership terms’ discussion at your earliest convenience.
Ecolife Enterprise is a UK-based corporation, located in Edinburgh, Scotland. It was
established by two ambitious and influential people, who previously were amongst ecology
research major sponsors. The interests of the company founders had an impact on Ecolife
Enterprise‘s business development strategy: around one-third of the company’s profit is
redirected towards the most up-to-date scientific studies.
President of our company is Mrs. Hannah Andrews, who has been involved in various
environmental projects since 2010, including Sea Life Campaign of 2018 and most recent
Sustainable Fashion Week of 2021. Mrs. Andrews is also a member of the world famous
EcoDaily Business Alliance which is aimed at improving the manufacturing process of
sustainable daily necessities as well as educating customers on the topic of the climate crisis.
The current objective of our company is to develop business relationships outside of the
UK. In particular, we are interested in establishing long-term cooperation with American
sustainable goods manufacturers with the purpose of integrating our newest scientific discoveries
and exchanging knowledge and experience in the field of climate studies, organizing a joint-
venture type operation with equipment and technology transfer between the UK and the USA.
We are not looking for a quick transaction – our company is after a long-lasting and
mutually profitable business that will help not only the UK and the US to improve the state of
their environment, but will be economically and ecologically beneficial for the rest of the world.
Another area of our interest is phone application design. We create apps for both iOS and
Android platforms that are meant to encourage users to develop a lifestyle less harmful to the
environment. We understand the importance of raising awareness about environmental issues at
reasonable prices and we are willing to provide it. We are open to other ideas as well.
For that purpose we will be interested to work with you and your colleagues. Please have
