 They have ability to invest and grow rapidly
 They offered the breadth of services and skills to their customers
 They are safe and capable from the audit business.

Weakness
 Their brand awareness is too low only limited to some enterprise
 They are immature relatively to the global community which are offering the same services
 They are less penetrating into Asia they have no or less clients in the Asia.
 They are weak at the global association structure. They are covering the associated gap which
are other covering.
 They have limited market opportunities due to audit.

Opportunities
 They have a big opportunity in the shape of “Green agenda”.
 They may have change in the economic and business environment.
 They have chance to improve through national infrastructure and their investments and reaction
to the whole world economic crises.

Threats
 They are more directed and target toward the IT heritage competitors.
 They may have threats from the IT facilitators with business opportunities
 Most treatable for them are the software brands.
