the betterment of our school and nation as a whole?
As a Filipino youth today, the only way to contribute to the betterment of our
school and nation is to participate, be responsible, be patriotic, and educate
our fellow citizens about the factors preventing our country from progressing.
Furthermore, influence our fellow citizens in a positive way to have a beautiful
mindset. Respecting our country’s rights and laws Being wise in decision
making, such as choosing the right party and leaders, is a significant
contribution to the betterment of our school and nation. Everything is
possible; we can achieve the better place we desire if we are only determined
to assist in the development and progress of all aspects and projects in our
country.
2. What volunteering actions that you can share?
Volunteering is one of the most valuable ways to give back to our community.
The majority of volunteer opportunities are strictly local in nature.
Volunteering activities that I am sure I can share without hesitations include
tutoring children during or after school and organizing a summer reading
program to encourage them to read. Helping Senior Citizens by cleaning and
organizing their homes. Volunteer to help our animals and the environment by
caring for cats and dogs at an animal shelter, or by organizing a tree planting
and clean-up drive. Helping hungry and homeless Filipinos, reducing crime and
promoting overall safety, and finally promoting our community for
improvement. We get nothing in return for volunteering, but I believe it gives
us self-worth, self-respect, and fulfillment in our hearts. Every volunteer action
and effort is measured by the heartfelt goodwill. As a college students, let us
make a difference in the lives of others through volunteerism.

state, and local authorities in a timely and honest manner. And now that we
are of voting age, it is my duty and obligation to vote wisely for the election of
government officials. I must learn to report and report or complain the corrupt

all those people in need and suffering from hardships or poverty. I am eager to
contribute to the enhancement, innovating, and even the development of a
community. I believe that by using my skills and abilities to interact with
others, we can make a difference in society.
5. Give the different core values and give example.
Filipino Values is a collective term for the shared assumptions and beliefs of
Filipinos, which influence their response to facts, events, and situations.
Filipino values serve as Filipinos’ lenses on how they appreciate the issues
around them. Filipinos have Hope, Service, Responsibility, Faith, Honor,
Freedom, Honesty, Integrity, Justice, Truth and Family. One example of these
Core Values of being a Filipino is the Pakikipagkapwa-tao that really defines
the bayanihan or mutual assistance. Having a Pakikipagkapwa-tao is a sense of
fairness and justice, it is a ability to empathize with others, being helpfulness
and generosity and it is a practice of hospitality. And with that, we strongly
believe that we have the best values in the world.
