Participating in the showcase Fee of $60 (per dancer). This is
put towards your child’s t-shirt and outfits. However, this fee is
non-refundable if you choose to cancel your child’s
participation.

**Dancers Measuring Day will be April 26,2021 at school
**PRACTICE will be April 19-May 20,2021
from 3:30pm-6pm ride need to be at the school for 5:45pm

By signing below, you confirm your commitment to the 2021 ICA

Showcase, and all mandatory dates included above. I understand that if
I break this commitment, my $60 will not be refunded.
o I will provide transportation for my child to be at the school for 5:45pm
for pick up!
o I do not have transportation for my child, but she can carpool with a
dancer is we agree on it (parents)
