    CONTRACTORS obtain the approved Ops. HRM and CONTRACTORS to CED source the skills in the
    Labour requisition from Ops. HRM submit the approve labour community/Database with timelines
    requisition to CED for community and submit to the relevant
    labour sourcing CONTRACTORS for selection process .

    STEP 4: STEP 5: PROCESS START AGAIN FROM


    CONTRACTOR submit the approved CED provide applications feedback to
    list to Ops HRM for Screening bookings the Community Leaders , for all
    STEP 1
    through HRTS Centre and further bookings i.e. (screening/TEBA, Medical
    onboarding process i.e. ( TEBA , and engagement) from HRTS
    Medical and Engagement )
