 Provide banking support for projects and programs for the biggest 4 humanitarian organizations operating in
Lebanon with excellence in process and judgment, this includes timely advice and guidance to all stakeholders.
 Execute more than 15 million USD of daily payment transactions while complying with Bank’s policy and
procedures and audit requirements along with the highest standard of customer service.
 Leverage knowledge and expertise in an environment of collaboration, innovation, and personal development,
contributing to the NGO field that makes a significant impact around Lebanon during the financial crisis.

OPERATIONS AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER JUN 2013 – APR 2022


 Manage a team of 10 Tellers and Customer Service Representatives (Training, Coaching, Performance
Management…).
 Approve more than 600 daily branch’s operations and transactions, respecting the compliance policies and bank’s
procedures.
 Provide advice and support for more than 300 clients (individuals, SME, Corporate) including their stock portfolios,
invoices, salary needs, as well as matching their demands and helping them with their complaints.
 Manage the branch’s sensitive accounts, overseeing risk and compliance processes and investigating suspicious
accounts or activities.
 Resolve escalated customer's issues and mitigate the destructive effects of the economic crisis on the banking
sector in Lebanon as well as the Covid-19 outbreak.
 Follow up and implement the audit report recommendations, the compliance policies and procedures and branch
business plan.
