DESCRIPTION / JUSTIFICATION
The project has a total length of 3.968 km with four (4) lanes roadway, pedestrian lane, bike lane and slope protection both sides that
starts at Brgy. San Policarpo in Daang Maharlika-K0730+469 to pass through Brgy. Aguit-itan with 160.0 lin.m. Special Bridge (4 lanes) and
ends at Brgy. Rawis in Daang Maharlika-K0734+360. The cost of the project is approximately Php 2.05 billion that started funding in 2018
an expected to complete by 2025.

connect major cities (At least around 100,000 population) comprising the main trunk line or the
backbone of the National Road System.

National Roads & Bridges, with the required 20 meters Road Right-Of-Way (RROW) limit. It is
implemented by the Regional Office VIII and Samar First District Engineering Office and has
the following road inventory data, to wit;

This is to certify that the fund for the acquisition of 20-meter Road Right-Of-Way (RROW)
along Calbayog City Coastal Road located at Brgy. San Policarpo – Brgy. Aguit-itan –
Brgy. Rawis is included in the project cost and has been funded yearly, released under the
General Appropriations Act (GAA), starting from the year 2018 to 2025.

for the subject road’s conversion into national road and to attest the authenticity of the above-
