Distance learning and learning outcomes are influenced by

many factors. This survey correlates among demographic and

other variables, social presence and learning satisfaction.
Literature review and previous hypotheses were researched to
make a constructive questionnaire including demographical
information and students’perception on the research construct in
question of this study. Results found out media integration,
quality instruction and interactivity influence positvely social
presence while only media integration and quality instruction
predict learning satisfaction. Additionally, this study claimed
that the developmental inclination as a nature of social presence
and suggested the presence of critical mass affecting online
learning environment.(Kim et al., 2011)

The study applies the intricate interactions between the GSCM

governance systems, the structure and complexity of the supply
network, and environmental performance. We present
theoretical hypotheses that are supported by a thorough analysis
of the literatures on supply networks, organizational design,
network complexity, and GSCM. We specifically contend that
supply network complexity and structure have a direct impact on
GSCM effectiveness, but that these effects depend on the sort of
governance mechanism used. This study advances the GSCM
literature by developing theoretical propositions to moderate
effects of supply network structural characteristics and
complexity on the effectiveness of GSCM governance
mechanisms.(Tachizawa & Wong, 2015)
The main purpose of the article is to harness FMR theory to
reveal the way entrepreneurs skipping the input resources of
potential competitors. The Importance of Logistics and Supply
Chain Management of the supply chain is in charge of all
resource types. Evidently, there has been much written about
how important supply chain management is to a company's
performance, it is crucial that supply chain considerations be
taken into account when discussing outsourcing capabilities and
capacity challenges. Sustainable supply chain management,
services supply management, and supply chain cost management
are some of her main areas of research interest.(Ellram et al.,
2013)

The Committee on Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway

Commission created guidelines for the creation and execution of
an enterprise risk management program. Event identification, a
step in this risk management approach, entails compiling a list
of potential occurrences that could interfere with the company's
capacity to achieve its strategic and operational objectives. The
guidelines propose general techniques for recognizing
occurrences that represent business risks as well as objectives
for identifying events (O'Donnell, 2005).
