When we feel the stress we can feel it in many different ways

good or bad, or maybe we can´t even know how we feel it, so


I’m going to explain you how stress works

Good stress is helpful every time, when we feel something bad is


going to happen we turn on our alert mode, we can prevent
accidents when we are feeling stressed

Other way stress is helpful is when we need to remember, an


example is when we have to do something later, like a
homework, if you are always remembering yourself to do it you
won´t forget about it

Bad stress is not going to help you on any way, it´s going to
make you feel bad, for example, when we feel something
terrible is going to happen we will not think about any other
thing, is going to be in our head annoying us, in other words it will
make us feel paranoid
Additionally, it will be bad for our mental health if we have a
huge amount of stress, it will make you don´t think clearly or can
also make you overthink and take away your peace, and may
give you headache

In conclusion, stress is not only bad nor only good, we need to


take control over stress and make our mind before taking
decisions when we are stressed
