It’s such an honor for me because i can deliver my speech in front of you all. I am Yonathan Hut
Riawan from pleton 2C with number of cadet 1804118, proudly present my speech with the title
‘COVID-19’.

“Wash your hands! Use the mask!” Do you ever hear that your environment said those words?

Ladies and gentleman, Corona Virus Disease 2019, we usually call it COVID-19 is the
infectious disease caused coronavirus. This new virus and disease were unknown before the
outbreak began in Wuhan, China, on December 2019. The most common symptoms of COVID-
19 are fever (body temperature above 38 degrees), dry cough and sore throat. People can catch
COVID-19 from others who have the virus. The disease can spread from person to person
through small droplets from the mouth or nose. One of the effect of COVID-19 is we do the
daily speech via online, not as usually we do on campus.

Happy audience, do you know that what can we do to protect ourself?

You can reduce your chances of being infected or spreading COVID-19 by taking some
precautions:

1. Regularly wash your hands with soap and handsanitizer!

2. Maintain at least 1 metre distance between yourself and anyone! (Physical Distancing)
3. Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
4. Use the mask if you go out from house!
5. Always stay at home!
At this tiime, there are no specific vaccines or treatments for COVID-19. So, you must follow
that suggestion. Stay safe and stay healthy everyone!
