Mineral wool
Description:
Mineral wool is a non-metallic, inorganic product manufactured from
a carefully controlled mix of raw materials, mainly comprising either
stone or silica which are heated to a high temperature until molten.
The molten glass or stone is then spun and formed into a flexible,
fibrous mat for further processing into finished products.
Applications:
Insulation for roofs, floor slabs, Wall slabs
Format:
Available as sheets and in Packages
Colors:
Grey, Brown and other varients

Mineral wool is a very versatile material, and can be manufactured to many different densities to give varying properties, formed in various
shapes and faced with a variety of sheet materials. The range of products includes loose granular material used for blown insulation of cavity
walls, slabs for walls, rolls for loft insulation through to pre-formed and faced pipe sections, ceiling tiles and acoustic panels.
ACOUSTIC INSULATION:
Porous materials such as mineral wool work to control and reduce noise by allowing air movement into the fabric of the material. The
fluctuations of air molecules - which form sound waves - move into the body of the mineral wool, where friction between the air particles
and the material’s narrow airways cause sound energy to be dissipated as heat.

Cellulose panels - CFAB
CFAB™ is an inventive, yet sustainable, alternative to traditional fiberglass and synthetic acoustical or thermal panels. CFAB Cellulose Panels
are perfect for insulating an area of a project, as acoustic panels/inserts, and a variety of other noise-reduction tasks.
The open design and density of CFAB™ cellulose insulation panels increase sound absorption to control and deaden sound reverberation
and echo. CFAB™ cellulose acoustical panels achieve high Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) ratings based on the density specified.
5mm Thickness
The felt is dense making it a good material for absorbing noise, rather than reflecting it.
• 360-Feet square roll. The IIC and STC tests measure sound transference
from an upper level room to a lower level room. The IIC measures sound
such as moving furniture and walking, while the STC measures sound
such as voices and television.
Applications:
Commercial, residential, corporate, healthcare, cultural, industrial
Characteristics:
Acoustic insulation, micro-perforated, reduce sound reflections,
smooth appearance, installs into 15/16" ceiling grid

Silk Metal
Silk Metal ceiling & wall panels are state-of-the-art micro-perforated aluminum sound-absorbent panels that reduce echo and sound reflections.
The panels have an elegantly smooth appearance. Resembling smooth silk fabric, Silk Metal™ is available in tegular or flat ceiling tiles that
install easily into any standard 15/16″ ceiling grid.
Silk Metal uses a patented angled micro-perforation method rather than traditional direct 90° perforation methods. These micro-perforations
help achieve the ideal surface to absorb wave energy generated by sound and electromagnetic waves, and for heat mitigation.
