I believe that learning is a continuous process that
every learner learned about something in a particular subject. I believe that I should teach every learner within their Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD). With that, students will discover and learn new things because they are constantly engaged in a daily activity which help them develop their skills. I believe that I should maintain a healthy relationship with the parents-students, colleagues, superiors and other stakeholders. This may enable everybody creates a harmonious relationship in a workplace. And, I also believe that I have and need to have content pedagogical knowledge for a better and effective learning for my students.
