The first as owner I rent and the second as tenant I rent the property located at
_______________________________________________________________ consisting of
______ rooms plus outbuildings, unfurnished / furnished according to the inventory list to be
drawn up by the parties at the date of entry into the property.

1. The lease term is from ____________ to ______________ with the possibility of extension by
agreement of both parties.

3. The parties have agreed as follows: the tenant shall pay to the landlord the sum of
______________ as security for the payment of the rent and the expenses payable by the
tenant in respect of the building which is the subject of this contract. The landlord undertakes to
return this sum to the tenant on termination of the relationship between the parties resulting
from or as a consequence of this rental agreement.

5. Termination of the contract shall :

In the event that either party fails to comply with these conditions, it shall pay the other party

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE TENANT: -


the tenant undertakes to use the rented property in accordance with its intended purpose,
not to disturb the peace of neighbouring properties by its use,
- to hand over the property at the end of the rental period in the conditions under which it
was originally taken over,
- not to sublet the property,
- to pay the charges for the use of the property (water, gas, electricity, etc.) on time/due,
- to comply with fire prevention regulations and to maintain the property in exclusive
use (water installations, to
keep the building clean and observe the rules of hygiene inside the building,
- to return the building on expiry of the contract or on termination of the contract before its
expiry date under the terms of this contract,
- to compensate the owner for any damage caused to the building or to the goods inside the
building due to its use,
- not to change the use of the building.
7. OBLIGATIONS OF THE OWNER:
- the landlord undertakes to hand over the building on the date agreed in the contract in a
state of use,
- the landlord undertakes to provide the landlord with the building in accordance with the
purpose for which it was rented,
- guarantees the tenant against hidden defects of the building ______________________,
- guarantees against eviction.

The handover of the property to the tenant will be done no later than __________________.

This contract contains three pages and has been concluded in two copies, each

taking possession of a copy of the contract.

When the building was taken over, the meters had the following indexes:
