Regarding to the video I recently watched, from my point of view, selling

is about leveraging your social networks to find the right prospects, to build trusted

relationships, and ultimately, to help you achieve your sales goals by answering

prospect questions and offering thoughtful content until the prospect is ready to

buy. An easy way to make extra cash might be to sell some of your things.

Selling is here to stay, and its core to your business operations and ultimately, your

company’s success. To do it well, you must have a deep understanding of how it

works — and accept that it’s not ‘owned’ by one department in your organization.

In fact, selling is — much like a lot of successful business initiatives — a team

effort. The more present a salesperson is, the more relationships that he or she will

build. The less you sell, and the more you focus on delivering value, the more than

your book of business will grow.

I also learned to that video that one of the biggest challenges in any

business is that everything needs to be done at the same time. You need to find

new clients, keep your existing clients happy, manage your finances, streamline

your processes, and motivate your employees—all at the same time. Don’t choose

too many goals or you risk spreading yourself too thin. I’d rather choose to use

social media flatforms such as Facebook and Instagram just to have my clients for

my growing business. Now that you’ve built your goals with your team and
converted them into SMART goals, you need to think about implementing two

aspects: measuring your goals and setting timelines.

Lastly, for a business owner, as in life, if you want to make something

happen, you need to create a schedule and build good habits around it. Sales are all

around us. The drive behind any individual involved in a business venture is to

make substantial enough profits that will lead them to success. The way to do this

is to convert interest from respective audiences into the sales. Like me as a young

entrepreneur, an employee and also wants to be a multi billionaire someday, be

passionate about what we do in sales. Selling is very very fun.
