Learning culture is one where learning is at the forefront of the organization values

and strategies. Leaders are encouraging employees to equip themselves with the

skills and knowledge necessary to perform at their level best and permit the growth of

the organization.

Increase Job Satisfaction

Organization that encourages strong learning culture will allow their

employees feeling of satisfaction with their jobs. This is resulted from the freedom

and support by the management for them to improve knowledge and skills. This is

particularly significant for competitive markets labor ( Tosovic,2019).

Improve Employee Engagement. Nowadays, many organizations found to

experience frustrated on employee engagement. The obvious solution to this is

building a learning culture in the organization. Well-established training programs in

an environment that encourages learning can go a long way in engaging with their

people (Zohir, 2020). Employees agreed that having learning and development

opportunities would encourage them to engaged at work.

Prejudice. As stated by Yusof and Jamal (2021), it is referring to a

preconceived opinion of feeling which is usually irrational. Prejudice has the potential

to bring hostility into the team and can break the spirit among the team members.

The reason for a prejudice may come from the differences of race, religion, age or

appearance. They will not make any effort to listen and understand what you said.
