• The DPX.BAT files did not always update correctly when a software update
was performed.
• The DPX.BAT file was copied directly from the source directory and often
contains the statement “CD\ (Source directory)”. The new DPX Icon on
the desktop would use the information in the DPX.BAT file and would then
run the older version of software even though the Icon would appear to be
pointing at the new software.
• The work around was to edit the DPX.BAT file with Notepad to point
the DPX.BAT file at the new software.
• 4.7c addresses this bug and will create an Icon that points at the 4.7c
software when the update software is loaded.
