Once wise Woody Allen said, but what kind of fun do we receive when both, mind
and body are included?! Having fun with friends allows you to feel happier and less
stressed. Boost your sense of worth and self-assurance. Assist you in overcoming
traumas like divorce, critical illness, job loss, or the loss of a loved one. Encourage
you to modify or stay away from bad lifestyle choices like binge drinking or inactivity.
It is very common nowadays for society to suffer from mental illnesses regularly,
without even realising thus entertaining your brain just as much as your body may
have an essential impact on overcoming the mental damage caused by your
everyday life. Subsequently, Lavada group targets not only children or teenagers but

Description Of The Leadership

We have decided on the kind of strategy for business management systems. An

organization that takes a systematic approach is seen as a system with objectives,

key outcomes, potential drawbacks, and both internal and external influences.

It becomes vital to increase the accountability of one of those who manages other

employees in the business when it comes to employees who are motivated by

corporate interests. The managers are those people. They function admirably as the

staff's superior.

What do supervisors do? How should they go about everything? Most of us in the

management field have been asked these common questions more than once. And

inquiries that we once had in our business. The managers of the company are in

charge. The procedure entails: organizing, leading, and planning.

LAVADA
10
1. Because it is the foundation for all other management tasks, planning is frequently

referred to as the "first" management function. You won't succeed if you don't have a

plan. If you succeed in reaching the goal, it will have been by chance or luck and

cannot be repeated. You might become famous in an instant or as an overnight

sensation, but you won't ever have the body of work that defines success.

Establishing the main aims and objectives of an organization and assigning

resources to meet them are both parts of the strategic planning process. Although

customers, goods, rivals, and corporate resources are some of the aspects that are

considered in the strategic planning process, top management is responsible for it.

Planning is the foundation of a good manager. He should also be in charge of doing

SWOT analyses and setting goals and objectives.

2. Organization is the manager's second key duty after goal-setting and planning.

Grouping resources and activities together to achieve a goal in an effective and

efficient way is organizing. Managers must take into account if employees are

competent to complete duties successfully.

The potential issue with the administration of the hiring procedure is incorrect.

Because of this, the manager should be able to plan everything out in advance and

determine whether he has the required materials on the right schedule. Additionally,

the manager should be in charge of making sure that everything is prepared before

your group arrives, that your group is ready to carry out its part of the plan, that the

downstream organization is prepared for what you will deliver and when it will arrive,

that your workers are trained and motivated, and that they have the necessary

equipment.

3. The team manager should possess the third feature-leading in order to collaborate

with the team effectively. The primary goal of the complicated function of leadership
LAVADA
11
is to ensure the efficient and intentional coordination of the people's actions. The two

guiding principles of leadership are direction and motivation. Giving individuals

reasons to work in an organization's best interests is the process of motivating.

Leading and motivating are both parts of the process of directing. Managers must

inform employees of their obligations.

4. Management control involves tracking the company's progress toward its goals.

Controlling is the process of assessing and directing ongoing operations to make

sure that objectives are met. A good manager should be able to exercise control. All

of these characteristics are necessary for the successful operation and growth of the

firm.

It was crucial that the team was effectively organized in order to retain the business's

viability and the necessity to prevent the numerous challenges. Since a strong leader

is necessary for all of this, we choose to acquire some leadership functions.

Analytical thinking should be the manager's first priority in the beginning. She need

to be able to observe how the organization's various components work together as a

whole.

1. The demand for decision-making transparency. In order to prevent difficulties,

managers must constantly maintain control over the environment both inside and

outside of the firm.

2. Company management in crisis situations—Company future is swiftly and

precisely determined by management in crisis situations and unforeseen issues.

Managers should be in charge of this because of this.

LAVADA
12
3. The analysis of the options—in order to make the best decision, the manager

must somehow improve their decision-making skills.

4. Select the best alternative - After weighing the benefits and drawbacks of many

options, the manager must select the best option, which may involve combining

multiple different options.

5. Decision realization - The management must evaluate the decision's realization

and ensure that he responds to the objective. Implement it successfully after that.

Strategies

General strategy

In our general strategy, we discuss the following: the current situation (the current
status of the product, what has been done to prepare for their official opening on the
market, and reasons why you should choose our service), problems and risks
(important challenges and threats, how to resolve both), service development and
LAVADA
15
variety, expenses (Research and development work expend it), and current situation
(the current status of the business model) (supporters, contracts, agreements with
other companies).

Current situation

Lavada, a gaming establishment, features the game Mega grid. Mega grid is an
improved version of the previously very well-liked game "floor is lava".
Tiles with separate sensors are present in Mega Grid. Freeze at the right time in
Statues, rush to the right spot in Mega Zones, and count quickly in Order Up.
Teams of 3 to 5 players can participate in the game. You must divide the group into
two if there are more than five people. Nevertheless, you will have the option of
switching members at any time.

Different levels of difficulty are present in the game. As the player completes
challenges, the game's difficulty increases.
There are 40 minutes of gaming in the Lavada adventure. a group should arrive 15
minutes before booking time to allow the sign-in process

Problems and risks

There is no business without risks. For our company one of the main risk is that
demand for our service might fall during summer. Most of our target costumers leave
the city we are located in. therefore our income will decrease. it is clear that this can
couse variety of problems such as in paying taxes.

financial plan

We made the decision to create a financial plan in order to determine how an

organization will be able to afford to achieve its strategic goals and objectives. This
financial plan covers all of the tasks, resources, equipment, and materials required to
meet the goals as well as the timing requirements. It will be frequently referred to as
management charts in the course of the business because it is an essential tool for
the continuing performance and improvement of the organization. Management
promises to regularly review this business plan to ensure that financial projections
are correct and that plans are still relevant in light of evolving market conditions,
technological advancements, communication channels, and customer
demographics. The above essential management principles will then be strongly
followed in an attempt to maintain the strong and ongoing. Although sales are
predicted to increase significantly over the next year, unit management has improved
its practical sales and marketing capabilities. After a year, sales growth will be more
steady and under control. This will happen as management builds its network of
LAVADA
16
contact and demographic data on new and returning clients. The company will be
able to build marketing and sales strategies that focus more on attracting new and
returning customers once a suitable database has been built than it could have done
before. To enable the business to grow financially through cash flow rather than by
taking on further debt, the cash balance will always be positive.
If there are any minor monthly cash flow shortfalls, the owners will finance them out
of their own personal funds. Management may not ask for a line of credit from a bank
to meet temporary cash flow and seasonal demands once the business has grown
and established its creditworthiness. The majority of any remaining earnings will be
reinvested in the business to increase net worth, pay off debt, and expand. If
approved, this will provide you the power to manage and balance your future
financial flow. The owners are free to take dividend payments whenever they want.
However, if sales, profit, and cash expectations do not materialize at anticipated
levels, monthly payments should not be made as this could pressure the company's
cash flow. In order to avoid hurting the company's financial position and jeopardizing
its operational cash requirements, a basic rule of thumb states that no more than
50% of the current cash balance should be issued as dividend distributions at any
given moment.
