o 1 day:
Verifications and certifications of lines and levels from a licensed surveyor shall be certified to the
architect within 24 hours from discovery (UAP Doc. 301)
o 5 days
Within 5 days, building owner must have a written explanation after the receipt of notice about any
building code violations from authorities (OBO)
BFP submits report and recommendations on revised plan from OBO
BFP issues FSIC within 5 working days after endorsement of OBO of final inspection
Repairs and corrective work shall be done within 5 days from the written notice (contractor)
o 7 days:
Start of contract time after receipt of NTP (UAP Doc. 301)
o 10 Days:
Owner of excavation notifies adjoining property owners before starting excavation 10 days prior.
Contractor shall request from owner supplied materials 10 days before needed.
Contractor notifies the architect of starting, suspending, or resuming the work 10 days prior.
Contractor shall remove all condemned work or materials within 10 days from notification (if not, the
owner can auction or sell them)
Insurance provider of contractor cannot cancel insurance policy without notice to the owner 10 days
prior.
