civil mastermind is a person who practices civil engineering – the operation of

planning, designing, constructing, maintaining, and operating structure while guarding the public and
environmental health, as well as perfecting being structure that may have been neglected.

Civil engineering is one of the oldest engineering disciplines because it deals

with constructed terrain( 1) including planning, designing,
and overseeing construction and conservation of erecting structures,
and installations, similar as roads, roads, airfields, islands, harbors, channels, heads,
irrigation systems, channels, power shops, and water and sewage systems.
