1. Material Polyurethane foam on polyether basis
2. Depth filtration combined with surface filtration
3. High dust holding capacity > 5000 g / sheet
4. Multiple time washable, at least 6 times over the lifespend of 24 month
5. Rigid structure must not collapse even soaked with water 100 %
6. Porous foam highly permeable with low initial and average pressure drop
7. High permeability for dust to settle around the pores walles and leaving the pores
open
8. When loaded full with dust particles, media must ensure that air will always pass
through (Van Der Wals Forces)
9. Fractional efficiency of 5 micron water droplets at 100 %
10. < 40 Pa at given air flow for design point GE Frame 5
11. Independent 3rd party certificate must be submitted
12. In - house data sheet
13. References in Indonesia must be submitted with track record and customer details in
order to cross check
14. Besides removing water at 100 %, atmospheric residues must be removed as well,
such as hydrocarbons from industrial process
15. Filter class G 4 according to En779
