design a residential unit for the sarpanch of the village,
Chanderia. The overall context of the site was filled with
green fields and a few huts.

The programme was a simple one to begin with -

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
The balcony attached to the first floor bedroom has perforations in order to attract small birds
to the house and provide a serene atmosphere to the end-user. The landscaping towards the
South side is visible from all the spaces in the house. The tree provides natural shade from the
South-sun. The water body brings a cooling effect to the summer breeze from the South-West.
