Problem Statement:
How to create a vertical dwelling that
is able to accommodate all the
activities and needs of its users, with
a flexible, functional and comfortable
space/area in a suburban area while
still complying with regulations in the
construction of existing vertical
housing. Building suburban areas as
an alternative in choosing residential
locations without reducing the
exclusivity of an apartment.
This area is located in the western area of ​Surabaya. This location is only 1 kilometer from the Driyorejo exit
of the Surabaya-Mojokerto Toll Road (Su-Mo). In the future, the Outer West Ring Road (JLBB) and the
planned Krian-Legundi-Bunder-Manyar Toll Gate (KLBM) will also be built. This makes CitraLand Driyorejo
CBD easy to reach and suitable for people with high levels of mobility.
Conclusion Point:
This area does not yet have a prestigious area to serve as the HQ of the existing factory in the
