    PRAYER

    WHEREFORE, in the light of the foregoing, it is most respectfully prayed to this Honourable
    Commission, that the afore stated money claims filed by the petitioner be allowed for payment, it
    appearing that it had acted in good faith and in exigency of service considering the hereinabove stated was
    not due to the negligence of the Petitioner but circumstantial and force majeure.

    HENCEFORTH, it is likewise prayed that the instant money claims herein petitioner be
    granted in the amount of One Hundred Thirteen Thousand, Seven Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos and
    Seventy-Four Cents (Php113,700.74) representing the airfare and DSA of expenses incurred during the
    Presidential Mission Team in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E on 18-20 February 2020, Ankara/Istanbul, Turkey on 20-
    23 February 2020, and Manama, Bahrain on 23-25 February 2020.

    Such other relief and remedies just and equitable in the premises are likewise prayed for.
