CORRECTION
The 2004 edition of HB 436:2004 is amended as follows; the amendments should be inserted in the appropriate
places.
SUMMARY: This Amendment applies to Clauses 6.1.7, 6.3, 6.5, 12.1, 12.2 and Table 6.3.
