2. COST OF SPORTS
• There are no fees for any sport during the 2021-2022 school year

3. ELIGIBILTY
• All students are academically eligible for the Fall Sports Season according to the
OHSAA rules
• Starting with Winter Sports all students must meet the necessary academic
requirements set forth by the OHSAA and the Parma City Schools Board of
Education
• These requirements are passing a minimum of 4 classes and carrying a minimum
G.P.A. of 1.0
• If a student does not meet both requirements, he/she is academically ineligible to
participate in athletics

4. PHYSICALS
• All athletes MUST have a valid 6 Page Physical on file before they can tryout and
participate in any sport
• Physicals can be turned in on the first tryout date of that sport or anytime before
that
• Physical forms are available on Greenbriar’s Website or OHSAA.com

5. FINAL FORMS
• All parents and students must register and sign all forms online before an athlete
may try out for a sport
• If this is NOT completed by the first tryout date, the athlete will not be able to
tryout until all forms are completed

6. SPORTS AVAILABLE AT GREENBRIAR

• FALL- Football, Volleyball, Cross Country and Fall Cheerleading
• WINTER- Boys’ Basketball, Girls’ Basketball, Wrestling and Winter
Cheerleading
• SPRING- Boys’ Track and Girls’ Track
