The following research hypothesis was tested: H0: Absenteeism does not significantly affect organizational productivity. H1: Absenteeism significantly affects organizational productivity.
HYPOTHESES 1. There is no significant difference of opinion between superior and subordinate
employees with regard to the attributes that result in absenteeism among employees in RMM Food Products Private Limited. 2. There is no significant difference of opinion between male and female employees with regard to the attributes that result in absenteeism among employees in RMM Food Products Private Limited. 3. There is no significant difference of opinion between below 40 years and above 40 years of age with regard to the attributes that result in absenteeism among employees in RMM Food Products Private Limited. 4. There is no significant difference of opinion between 0-10 years, 10-20 years and above 20 years of service with regard to the attributes that result in absenteeism among employees in RMM Food Products Private Limited.
