BIRLA NAVYA OBSERVATIONS

Withstanding the difference in area of the units following are the observations and
recommendations for Birla Navya:
• Granite strip flooring to emphasis entry from road to Unit.

• Entrance lobby on the stilt lobby rest is parking.

• Too much hard pavers in the stilt area.

• Should be combination of hard pavers and grass Crete.

• Actual elevation made for the sample floor.

• As we are doing in the Show Floors as well.

• Lift on the sides of the staircase lobby creating a grand flight experience.

• Lift planned opposite to staircase creating the same feel of grand staircase.

• Service area on terrace due to VRV Air conditioning system.

• Shifted OHT to mumty to utilize terrace as common area as we are not doing VRV
base Air-conditioning system.

• Actual car not parked in the stilt to understand dependent parking

• actual cars can be parked to make stilt look more authentic.

• No pergola or shading structure on terrace

• Pergolas and seating spaces planned for individual floor owner.

• Single purpose basement for ground floor owners only.

• Multi-purpose basement equally divided for all floor owners

• Cut-out in basement for natural light and ventilation.

• Can be planned on the stilt level.

• Cassette unit installed in the basement level.

• We are having high-wall units with individual ODUs, shall be single way cassette
units to benefit counter-gravity drainage system.
