b. Datasheets for HLTI Bolts, supplied by CONTRACTOR for both Roofing Structure
and Sub-Steel Structure

c. Datasheet for Connection HEX Bolts, prefer MASDAR, supplied by CONTRACTOR

for both Roofing Structure and Sub-Steel Structure

d. SCOPE No. 01 is Design, Fabrication, Supply, Delivery, Erection, Installation, and

As-Built for Sub-Steel Structure only

e. SCOPE No. 02 is Delivery, Erection, Installation, and As-Built for Roofing Structure
only

f. SOW includes all Mechanical and Survey Works at the site and after the survey
report, the Fabrication will be started

g. No, Welding is allowed at the site nor is any joint Welding on the Frames. All
shall HEX BOLTED, (THREAD ROD BOLTING IS NOT PERMISSIBLE)

h. Paint code will be as per SEC Standards as used in Phase 1

i. Site team has a max of 15 Calendar Days for site work any additional days will be
back charged for assigning the QC and WPR from the MMR Side at the site with a
daily rate of SAR 6,000 for both.

j. Submittal is subject to Approval from SEC under KIRBY as the Main Contractor of
Steel Structure approved by the SEC
