 Civil/Structure:

Attached KACWC 3D projectors rooms construction project Civil/Architectural/structural drawings has been reviewed and below are reviewed comments
for your information.

1. Fabrication of all Structural and Miscellaneous Steel shall be as per 12-SAMSS-007 requirements.
Structure is not our Scope.
2. Erection of all Structural and Miscellaneous Steel shall be as per 12-SAMSS-008 requirements.
Erection of all Structural is not our Scope.
3. Marking of all Metal Products shall be as per 12-SAMSS-005 requirements.
it is not our Scope.
4. Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings shall be as 12-SAMSS-014 requirements.
it is not our Scope.
6. All glass and glazing windows and exterior wall coverings shall be as per SAES-M-100/2009 IBC chapter 14, 20 & 24 requirements.
We don't have any Glass/Glazing in our scope.
7. All gypsum board and plaster work installation shall be as per SAES-M-100/2009 IBC chapter 25 requirement.
We will Comply During the Gypsum & Plaster works
8. Include in the MS the Structural and Miscellaneous Steel works.
it is not our Scope.
9. It is essential to correct the reference number for excavation and backfilling that has been provided on the general notes area accurate
document system.
Will be rectify in the next revision of Drawings
10. As per Saudi Aramco standard for excavation and backfilling standard should be followed SAES-A-114.

11. Drawing should be contained detailing regarding structure coordinates and formation levels to ensure proper execution of the work.

16. Projector rooms structural concrete (5000psi) foundations exterior buried parts shall be coated as per SAES – H – 003 requirements, need
to provide missing coating activity in attached project documents.

17. All materials (ready mixed concrete, grout) shall be acquire only from Saudi Aramco approved vendor.
18. Saudi Aramco approved 3rd party lab shall be involved for sampling, testing (concrete , compaction FDT testing) & concrete coating DFT
testing) and for other requirements during the project.
We will do this with the 3rd party Saudi aramco approved vendors
19. Contractor shall follow all applicable Civil, Architectural Saudi Aramco engineering standards (SAES), SOW/Specifications during this project.

 Electrical:

21. Provide small power and lighting layout on the new structure.
it is not our Scope.
22. Provide trench layout with section view on fiber optic layout.
Please provide me the drawings of the existing trench Layouts
23. Provide the power layout for electrical equipment (with wire size, types of socket).
We will submit the SLD Covering all electrical loads
24. All wiring devices shall be UL/third party listed and suitable for the area (IP rating).

25. All cables shall be IR and continuity tested prior to energization.

26. The projectors are considered non-linear loads, so the proposed transformer shall be k-rated to compensate the heat that will be produced
by harmonics.

48. Contractor shall strictly complying with the Saudi Aramco safety hand book requirements during overall construction phase.
