1.1) The Anglo-Swiss Condensed Milk Firm was established in 1866, marking the
beginning of the Nestlé company. In 1867, Henri Nestlé creates a revolutionary baby
food, and in 1905, his company unites with Anglo-Swiss to become the Nestlé
Group.Nestle SA (Nestle) is a producer and distributor of food items and beverages.

Baby foods, bottled water, cereals, chocolates, candy, coffee, culinary goods, chilled and
frozen meals, dairy goods, nutritional goods, ice cream, and pet items are all included in t
he company's product line. Sausage, nutritious goods, and meal delivery services are all a
dditional products offered by Nestle. Aero, Alpo, Milkybar, Nestle Ice Cream, Cerelac, N
escafe, Nespresso, Nestea, Milo, Maggi, Buitoni, Cailler, Movenpick, Freshly, Purina, Bo
ost, Gerber, and Kit Kat are some of its well-known brands. Asia, Oceania, Sub-
Saharan Africa, the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa are among the
regions where the corporation conducts business.

Nestle is headquartered in Vevey, Waadt, Switzerland. The international food and


beverage processing company Nestlé is based in Switzerland. Since 2014, it has held the
title of largest publicly traded food company in the world. It was placed 33rd on the
Forbes Global 2000 list of the biggest public firms in 2016 and 64th on the Fortune
Global 500 in 2017. Overall, Nestlé employs close to 350,000 people worldwide and runs
over 400 plants in 189 countries.

estimates for a specific period. Usually, it's done to compare the company's actual
performance from the specified time to the budget projections.
