ORDER

A report was sought from the Delhi Pollution Control

Committee (DPCC) with regard to the allegation of pollution caused

by plastic burning and chemical factories at Nangloi, Kamruddin

Nagar, Heeran Kudna, Ghewra, Nizampur, Sawda, Mundka Village

and Swarn Park Phase-3 Colony.

Accordingly, a report has been filed on 16.11.2019 to the effect

that necessary action has been taken in the matter.

In view of above, no further order appears to be necessary at

stage.
