ORDER

In view of order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court dated

08.07.2019 in Civil Appeal No(s). 3798/2019, Container Corporation of

India Limited Vs. Ajay Khera & Ors., the matter is adjourned sine die

and may be listed after the proceedings are finalized before the

Hon’ble Supreme Court.

It is made clear that deferring the proceedings before this

Tribunal will not affect the CPCB or other authorities from carrying

out studies on the subject as such studies are relevant for other

matters as mentioned in Para 5 of the order dated 08.03.2019 and

order dated 02.08.2019 in O.A. No. 681 of 2019 requiring carrying

capacity study with regard to other parameters, apart from PM10 and

PM2.5.
