ORDER

1. Response was sought by this Tribunal with reference to the

allegation that there was violation of environmental norms by

Bhagwan Mahavir Hospital. Though initially, the Municipal

Corporation took the stand that the hospital had not taken

Environmental Clearance (EC) and consent, learned counsel

appearing for the DPCC states that EC had already been granted and

Consent to Establish has also been granted yesterday. Thus, there is

no violation of environmental norms.

2. In view of above, no further order appears to be necessary at this

stage.

The application is disposed of.
