Powers Limits for various users of Retail HUB

Please refer to HO P&D Deptt. Circular No. 2702 dated 08.06.2012 whereby role wise and
intra / inter branch Passing Powers Limits for various users under Finacle CBS Environment
has been defined and conveyed to field functionaries. Now, HO Retail & Marketing Deptt.
has established two retail loan HUB at Delhi and Chandigarh for Housing Loans and Auto
Loans.

As this is a new functionality being introduced for the first time in the Bank and as an act of
abundant precaution, the role wise passing powers for various users of Retail HUB is as
under:

NOTE : The passing powers are only for transfer transactions in Indian Rupees and for
base branch only. No inter branch transaction powers are allowed to these users. The
HUBBM will have access to SB/CA/OD/CC accounts for debiting / crediting the
customer accounts as per business requirements. The rest of the users can create a
transaction on SB/CA/OD/CC accounts. The HUBBM alone can authorize and post such
transactions. The Retail Hub users have access to limited office accounts and accounts
under loan schemes as authorized by HO Retail & Marketing department from time to
time.

User Role Ids under Retail Hub are advised to adhere to these instructions strictly in
true letter & spirit.
