supervision and adhere to legal, ethical and professional code of practice particularly as they
impact healthcare management and medical & allied health profession;

FINAL SUMMATIVE ASSIGNMENT

Instructions:
Please revise, rewrite and finalize your group assignment (i.e., research proposal). The
contents remain the same but the number of pages is limited to 25 pages only.

 Include a cover page comprising the students’ name and their metric numbers, respectively.
 The proposal must adhere to the following type-settings:

1. Font: Arial
2. Font size: 11
3. Spacing: 1.5
4. Paper size: A4 portrait
5. Number of pages: Maximum 25 pages only excluding cover page, references, appendices,
illustrations, diagrams, and tables.
6. Page numbering: Insert at the bottom right corner
